Sadie Evans Music
Born and raised in Sulphur Springs, Texas, Sadie Evans has used her small, country town upbringing as an influence on her music. Sadie also accounts Elvis Presley, Patsy Cline, Carrie Underwood, and Eric Church as large influences in the direction of her music. She hopes to take her southern roots and mix in a little blues and rock to create an original sound of her own.
Sadie has always had a love for music which began with her first public performance singing "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" to friends and family at her 2nd birthday party. She later decided to pursue her passion by performing in musicals with the Dallas Summer Musical Academy of Performing Arts; as well as, school and local theatre production companies. At the age of 16 Sadie began singing at opries across Texas and Oklahoma, including The Centennial Rodeo Opry in Oklahoma City, The Wylie Opry and Liberty Opry. Sadie has also performed at venues including The Parish at SXSW in Austin, Gas Monkey Live, The House of Blues, Sherlock's, Six Flags Over Texas, Dave & Buster's and The Firehouse Saloon. Sadie is furthering her career by working with the distinguished Septien Entertainment Group as a Master Artist. In addition to singing and acting, Sadie is a songwriter and has begun playing the piano and guitar.
Today, Sadie is working hard to pursue her career in music and cannot wait to see where her talent and dedication will take her.
